It seems that Chelsea have handed positive injury boost, as the club captain John Terry showed Antonio Conte he’s ready for a first-team return after the defender uploaded the video of one of his training sessions at Cobham.
The former England international has been out-of-action recently with a buttock injury, but is also facing increased competition for the place in Chelsea’s starting lineup his season.
Antonio Conte signed David Luiz on the deadline day of the summer transfer window from Paris Saint-Germain, while Spanish full-back Cesar Azpilicueta has also shone since moving from full-back into the centre.
Still, the west London club will surely need to rotate a little more before long, with the Italian manager likely to be boosted by having the veteran captain available again as an option for his back three.
The 36-year-old ex-England international is heading towards the end of his contract with the Blues and has recently been linked with a move to China, with Super League clubs are ready to offer the veteran star mega-contract deals.
However, Terry could still be very useful to the west Londoners, as they aim to claim their fifth Premier League title this season.
