Chelsea have emerged as the bookies’ favourites to secure the services of Arsenal attacking midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
The Walse international midfielder has entered the final year of his current deal at Emirates Stadium and is yet to commit his future to the North London club.
The Blues interest in the 27-year-old emerged towards the end of 2017/18 season.
Several Premier League teams Liverpool and Manchester United have been linked with securing the services of Welsh attacker.
However, Ladbrokes price Chelsea as the most likely destination for the 27-year-old midfielder.
Ladbrokes spokesman Alex Apati told Starsport: “Ramsey’s future now looks very much up in the air, and the latest odds suggest it’s Chelsea who will take advantage of uncertainty at the Emirates.”
The Gunners have reportedly offered the Wales international a new long-term deal and a significant increase to his £100,000-a-week salary.
The Gunners new manager Unai Emery is reportedly keen on to make the Welsh attacker a central part of his plans for the next season.
When asked if he was excited about working with Emery, Ramsey replied: “Of course.
“I haven’t spoken to him at all yet, but I think it’s an exciting time for the club. I can’t wait to get back there now.”
Ramsey scored 11 goals and provided 12 assists in all competitions last season and would be a perfect addition to Antonio Conte’s side should Chelsea make a move.
