Chelsea have to beat PSG in race for €110m-rated Argentine star

French giants PSG are interested in signing of Chelsea long-term target Mauro Icardi, according to the reports from Spain.

AS writing that Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Antero Henrique, who splashed combined 402 million for Kylan Mbappe and Neymar this summer, is keen on to bring Argentinian forward who has scored 39 Serie A goals since the 2016-17 season at Parc de Princess.

The sources from Spain suggest that Real Madrid and Chelsea are both keen on to secure services of Argentinian forward, however, now they face a tough competition from PSG.

The 23-year-old’s name has been in the news recently with his release clause is of only €110 million, something that Inter Milan could try and double in the nearby future following the strong interest from European giants.

The Argentine is considered to be hot property, with scoring 86 league goals since 2013 for Serie A giants.

He has already found himself on the Radar of Napoli as Mauricio Sarri’s side were ready to offer €50 million for Argentinian attacker back in 2016.

Chelsea have signed Alvaro Morata in the summer but it is believed that Antonio Conte wants to add one more attacking option to his squad ahead of the next season.
