According to the official website of Arsenal, the north London club have confirmed the signing of highly-rated left-back Cohen Bramall from non-league side Hednesford Town.
The talented English youngster was recently handed a trial at the Emirates Stadium and has been impressive enough to be handed a permanent contract deal with the Gunners.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger compared the full-back to former Gunner Ashley Cole last week and he arrives at the club with a reputation for being a speedy, adventurous full-back.
The 20-year-old Bramall was recently made redundant from his job with car manufacturer Bentley and he’s since opened up about the phone call that changed his life when he recieved news that the Gunners wanted to take him on trial.
Arsenal have officially confirmed on Twitter the signing of Bramall and say the English youngster will join up with Steve Gatting’s U23 team this term.
That’s right, it’s official
