It has been reported by The Daily Mail, Liverpool have handed another transfer blow, as Jurgen Klopp’s summer transfer target Jese Rodriguez from Real Madrid, opted to join League 1 giants Paris St. Germain and signed five-year-deal with the French champions.
The 23-year-old Spanish striker quickly established himself as one of the club’s most exciting young players after making his La Liga debut for Los Blancos back in 2011.
But the majority of Jese’s 94 appearances in all competitions, were as a substitute, as he struggled to usurp Real Madrid deadly trio Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema from the starting line-up.
The Spaniard has been linked with a two Premier League clubs this summer, Arsenal and Liverpool as both clubs were keen to get the signature of th talented winger, but the player has decided to join League 1 champions.
Paris Saint-Germain have already confirmed Jese’s arrival on Twitter.
