Liverpool have completed a deal to sign Chelsea rising star Isaac Christie-Davies.
The versatile English midfielder has put pen to paper on a deal with Liverpool as the 20-year-old looks to reboot his career in the English top-tier.
Christie-Davies was initially considered to be one of the most promising talents in the Blues youth system.
However, the midfielder struggled to secure promotion to Chelsea’s first-team and it became clear that he was leaving Blues ahead of the next season.
Christie-Davies has followed in the footsteps of former Chelsea forward Dominic Solanke after he completed a free transfer to the Merseyside Reds last night.
The new Liverpool FC signing has also made it clear that he is happy with his decision Christie-Davies said:
“So far I have spent my football journey at Brighton and then from the age of 11, I was at Chelsea. Both played an important role in my development and I am grateful to them.
“I am really excited about signing for Liverpool and it’s a real honour to join such a big club. I hope to be the best player I can be for the club and for the fans.
