Arsenal and Liverpool will reportedly go head-to-head to sign European champions Real Madrid winger Lucas Vazquez.
The Spanish attacker has scored four goals and assisted eight times in 33 La Liga games last term, his national team has been eliminated by Russia at the world-cup tournament.
According to Marca, however, the Los Blancos new head-coach Julen Lopeteguidoes do not rate Vazquez on his list of priority players in the Spanish capital, which has alerted Premier League heavyweights with a potential summer move for his signature.
The news outlet says that both the Gunners and the Merseyside Reds are keen on adding the attacking midfielder to their squads, although official interest in the 27-year-old forward’s signature is yet to be registered.
Vazquez, who is contracted with Real Madrid until 2021 has played total 124 La Liga games.
