According to the latest transfer news, Liverpool and Arsenal have been alerted as Paris St Germain have reportedly made their top-class duo Grzegorz Krychowiak and Jese Rodriguez available in the January transfer window.
It is believed that Liverpool and Arsenal and frontrunners in the race, however, other Premier League clubs are also closely monitoring the situation at Parc Des Princes, including West Ham United and Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.
It has been reported by The Sun that League 1 champions are open to either of the pair leaving on loan or on a permanent deal this January.
The future of 23-year-old Jese Rodriguez has been the subject of much speculation in recent weeks with the ex-Real Madrid attacker failing to make an impact at the Parc de Princes after his £21m transfer move in summer. The Spanish striker has started only one Ligue 1 match and over his 14 appearances in all competitions has managed to score just two goals.
On the other side, the 26-year-old Polish midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak is allegedly of particular interest to Arsene Wenger, with the former Sevilla star providing the ideal cover for the injured Francis Coquelin. The defensive midfielder can also play as a centre-back, a versatility that could attract other managers.
