Liverpool have found Alberto Moreno’s 23-year-old replacement valued at £11m

According to the Spanish media sources, Liverpool are interested in signing highly-rated Brazilian left-back Zeca as a direct replacement for Alberto Moreno in the summer transfer window.

The reports from AS are linking Liverpool with an £11m summer move for Santos left back José Carlos Neto – or Zeca.

The 23-year old Brazilian has been plying his trade in his home country since 2014 but Zeca became recognised in 2016 when he won a gold medal with Brazil national team at the Olympics.

Jurgen Klopp has been actively chasing for a quality left-back following the disappointing performances of Alberto Moreno. The German head coach used Liverpool midfielder James Milner in his position during the whole season last term.

The same sources also claim that if Jurgen Klopp wants to bring Zeca at Anfield this summer, Liverpool have to meet £11m valuation of the Brazilian ace.

Alongside the Santos full-back, the Merseyside giants are actively chasing for other quality full-backs in the market. It is believed that Jurgen Klopp is keeping close tabs on the likes of Monaco’s Benjamin Mendy, Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon and Porto’s Rafa Soares.
