Premier League giants Liverpool and Man Utd are both lining up summer moves for Wigan’s attacker Joe Gelhardt, according to the ESPN reports.
The16-year-old forward is rated as one of the brightest talents in the country and broke into Wigan’s U18 side at the age of 15.
He is now has been one of the key players of Wigans U18s team and can also claim to have already represented England U-15 and U-16 side..
Gelhardt enjoyed a productive season at the Montaigu earlier in the year, founding the back of the net three times in four starts as England finished third.
A number of top Premier League teams have been impressed by Gelhardt’s form at Wigan and see him as a future of their clubs.
ESPN claims that Liverpool and Manchester United are keeping tabs on his signature and are now ready to approach Wigan with an official bid in the summer.

Manchester United have been one of the busiest teams in the Premier League so far signing Diogo Dalot and Fred.
Meanwhile, Liverpool signed Brazilian midfielder Fabinho from AS Monaco last month, however, were unable to follow the £43.7m transfer up with Nabil Fekir.
The France star was expected to join Liverpool within days. However, Lyon have revealed the official statement that Fekir won’t sign for Liverpool.
