Manchester United are reportedly ready to smash club’s transfer record once again to sign Tottenham Hotspur attacking midfielder Dele Alli.
The 21-year-old in last two years has transformed into one of the best midfielders in the Premier League, and Mourinho is keen on to work with him.
The England international midfielder has had spells of inconsistency this campaign, however, he has still contributed seven goals and four assists in 17 appearances for Tottenham Hotspur in all competitions.
According to Don Balon, Champions League and La Liga Winners, Real Madrid are keeping close tabs on Alli. However, the Red Devils are hopeful that they can beat the Spanish giants in the race for the 21-year-old attacker by launching £180m offer for his signature.
The midfielder cost Tottenham just £5m back in 2015 and now they can earn around £180m with his sale.
However, Tottenham Hotspur in the recent years have transformed into a club that are fighting for top spot in the Premier League and they are unlikely to allow their star player making the switch to direct Premier League rivals.
