Man United and Juventus close to agree deal for 28-year-old full-back

February 24, 2018

The champions of Italian Serie A Turin Juventus are anticipated to sign Matteo Darmian from Manchester United in the summer of the current year.

The ex-Torino full-back has strived to hold down a regular starting place at Old Trafford ever since he joined the team, but couldn’t succeed. It appears that 28-year-old is now eager to end his unfortunate voyage at Old Trafford and continue his career in Serie A.

The Italian full-back was very highly ranked in Serie A before joining the Red Devils, and a move back to Italy could do miracles for him. He’s been linked continuously with Valencia this season, and a move away from Old Trafford is undoubtedly the best choice for his future career.

Allegedly the “Old Lady” are determined to sign Darmian at the end of the season, and the player is ready to be a member of Bianconeri’s project. Juventus have already taken the required steps to seal the transfer, and it is most likely to occur.

The defender will be Juventus’ another signing from the Premier League this summer. Liverpool midfielder Emre Can is also expected to join the Turin club.
