Chelsea have taken requests from Premier League opponents Manchester United for attacker Willian as per English outlet Daily Mail. However, the rumour states that the London club are not going to sell any of their players in January.
Meanwhile, Willian is said to have become disappointed with the lack of game time at Chelsea notwithstanding pretending to be happy at the club this past midweek.
The Brazilian joined Chelsea in 2013 for a fee of €35m when nowadays Manchester United head coach Jose Mourinho was at the club. Willian was starting 11 player in the squad under the Portuguese manager but has been left on the seat for a majority of the time under Antonio Conte.
Willian was given his first start in eight matches by Conte against Huddersfield on Tuesday and the former Anzhi player proved himself by scoring a goal and assisting two. He also alleged to be happy at the team after the match. The Brazilian had got a crucial equaliser for the Blues against Liverpool last month.
Mourinho, who joined Manchester United after arranging the boot from Chelsea, as it’s reported wants to take Willian to Old Trafford. The 54-year-old coach is a big fan of the Brazilian and is looking forward to rejoining with him at Manchester United to add more quality and depth to the wide areas.
