Liverpool have reportedly joined Manchester City and Manchester United in their pursuit of Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez.
The Gunners superstar is set to leave the Emirates Stadium this month with his current deal still running down ahead of the summer transfer window.
Rather than losing him for free Arsenal might try and sell Chilean superstar in January.
The Citizens have long been favourites to sign Sanchez. However, Manchester United and Liverpool have both joined the hunt for the Chileans signature.
A reunion with Pep Guardiola has been sought, with the two having previously worked at Nou Camp and £20m bid has been put forward to lure Chilean at Etihad Stadium.
However, the Red Devils have entered the running after they tabled a surprise £25m offer.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan could also be offered as part of a swap deal.
And Chilean journalist Maks Cardenas claims Liverpool have now joined the race and the are ready to invest money from Coutinho’s transfer.
And it appears they are also interested in luring him away from the Emirates this month.
Liverpool boss could be turning to Chilean superstar as an affordable replacement in attack for Philippe Coutinho.
