Serie A giants AC Milan are reportedly interested in securing the services of Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi during the summer transfer window.
The 28-year-old centre-back has played 133 games for the North London club since arriving from La Liga giants Valencia back in August 2016, however, he has largely struggled to find consistency during his time with the Gunners.
The Germany international has been restricted to make only eight appearences in the Premier League during the 2019-20 season, and there has been rumours surrounding his future over the last few weeks.
According to Todofichajes, AC Milan planning to make a €10m (£8.9m) bid in an attempt to secure the services of the defender back to Italian top-tier for the 2020-21 campaign.
The German centre-back has turned out on 53 occasions for Serie A outfits Sampdoria between 2012 and 2014 before a move to La Liga giants, where he played 81 games during a successful spell.
Mikel Arteta’s team are believed to be weighing up a £25m move for Borussia Dortmund’s centre-back Manuel Akanji as a potential replacement for Shkodran Mustafi, while William Saliba set to officially move to the Norht London club this summer after staying on loan at Saint-Etienne for the 2019-20 campaign.
