Brighton & Hove Albion have reportedly accepted no offers from PremierLeagu giants Arsenal and Chelse for England international centre-back Ben White.
At a time when the versatile centre-back has been an unused member of Gareth Southgate’s Euro 2020 team that failed to claim the Euro 2020 trophy by losing in the penalty shootouts against Italy, rumours has persisted regarding the next move of his career.
Arsenal are believed to be willing to pay in the region of £50m for his services, while the player is allegedly keen on a transfer to the Emirates Stadium, however, Chelsea are another London team that have expressed interest to lure White at the Stamford Bridge ahead of the 2021/22 season.
However, The Argus claims that Brighton are yet to receive what they consider to be an acceptable offer for the 23-year-old.
The report claims that the Seagulls’ hierarchy will not part ways with their key player unless they are presented with an offer that meets their asking price.
While Liverpool are also said to be monitoring the situation, Brighton are under no pressure to sell with White still having three years left on his current deal.
