Arsenal and Man Utd eyeing move for World-Class No.9 forward

Arsenal attacking target Dusan Vlahovic has told the north London giants that he is not interested in a transfer to the Emirates, according to reports.

Vlahovic netted 21 goals for Fiorentina in Serie A last term, before adding a further 12 goals in 14 matches in all competitions so far this season.

La Viola have already confirmed that the 21-year-old won’t be signing a contract extension on his existing deal which expires in June 2023.

This revelation means that the club will have to either cash in on the player in January or next summer if they are to get a sum for their prized asset, and are reportedly prepared to listen to offers in the region of £59.5 million.

The Gunners are very keen on landing Vlahovic and made an approach to the Serie A outfit two weeks ago.

But according to Fabrizio Romano, the Serbian star will not be moving to the British capital and his team have stopped taking calls from Arsenal.

‘Arsenal are more than interested, they approached Fiorentina two weeks ago about the price and everything but the player is not interested,’ Fabrizio said on Rio Ferdinand Presents FIVE.

‘I’m told that his agents are not answering Arsenal’s calls. He doesn’t want to answer to Arsenal at the moment.’
