Arsenal could reportedly land Celtic forward Odsonne Edouard for a reasonable figure of £15m when the transfer window will be re-opened in the summer.
The 23-year-old has less than 18 months left on his current contract with the Scottish giants, and Celtic could look to recoup a fee for him this year rather than risk to lose him for nothing.
The Gunners have been rumoured with a move for Edouard since last summer and are believed to step up their pursuit this time around, with the futures of Eddie Nketiah, Folarin Balogun and Alexandre Lacazett all uncertain.
According to The Express, Scottish giants may be willing to accept a figure of £15m following to Edouard’s contract situation, and a new attacker is a priority for Mikel Arteta ahead of the 2021-22 season.
The ex-Paris Saint-Germain starlet has already managed to found back of the net 19 times in all competitions this term, and a brace against St Johnstone – which led Neil Lennon to claim that he is back to his best – marked his eighth goal in six league matches.
West Ham United have also been credited with an interest in the France Under-21s international.
