Arsenal are reportedly interested in a move to bring Bayern Munich starlet Angelo Stiller to the Emirates at the end of the season.
The 19-year-old ace played against the Gunners during the pre-season campaign last summer, and Arsenal are said to have kept tabs on him since.
According to German news outlet Sport Bild, the Gunners have shown concrete interest in the holding midfielder.
The left-footed youngster has impressed in academy games this campaign as well as in the third-tier for Bayern II.
In the six Uefa Youth League matches he has appeared in, Angelo has chipped in with six assists and one goal.
And with his deal to expire in 2021, Arsenal are understood to be ready to make their move for the player.
But they state he’ll only be allowed to leave this summer should Die Roten insert a buy-back option on him for the future.
Stiller is said to want to remain at the Bavarian club with his main goal to prove himself as a first-team regular.
However, the report adds that the player want to make the step up to the senior team football as soon as possible, leading to a possible exit away from Bayern.
In spite of limited funds being available for Arsenal this summer, it is expected to be a bust transfer market for Mikel Arteta’s side.
A swap deal between Alexandre Lacazette and Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey has been speculated.
And Arsenal are said to be battling rivals, Chelsea, for the signature of Feyenoord ace Orkun Kokcu.
