Arsenal are on the verge to agree the loan signing of Barcelona midfield star Philippe Coutinho, according to the reports.
The Brazil international has spent this campaign on loan with Bundesliga giants, Bayern Munich and supposedly stays unwanted by the Catalan club, who are hoping to offload him on a permanent basis.
However, with a lack of bidders for the former Liverpool man, Spanish outlet Sport reports that the Catalan giants are prepared to sanction another loan move.
Arsenal are known to be interested in securing the services of Coutinho and have close ties with his agent Kia Joorabchian, which should work in their favour.
The report claims that the North London club are now at an advanced stage in talks with the Catalan club and could make an announcement soon.
As well as bringing in Coutinho, the Gunners are also rumoured to be looking to add Atletico Madrid defensive midfielder Thomas Partey and out-of-contract Chelsea winger Willian to their team.
Arsenal ar also ready to involve first-team star Matteo Guendouzi in a new deal for Philippe Coutinho, after the Frenchman’s disciplinary problems he has been strongly linked with a departure from the club and Nou Camp has been favoured as his possible destination.
