Arsenal and Chelsea have been dealt some bad news, after Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha played down talk of a summer exit from the Eagles.
The Sun are stating that former Man Utd winger is happy at the south London club, with player himself states that “Crystal Palace is my hometown and the support we have here is genuine support.”
Zaha also added, “It’s families watching with their kids loving us as players so I don’t really see myself anywhere else.”
It had been previously reported by the Mirror that both Chelsea and Arsenal, as well as Manchester City, are keen on to sign Premier League winger and that the Ivorian’s recent form now means that he has been valued at £40m.
Since moving to the Eagles, former Man Utd winger has managed to establish himself as one of the most entertaining players in the Premier League following his technique
In the last two seasons, the Ivory Coast international has found the back of the net 14 goals and 15 assists in 61 league appearances, meaning the player takes part in goal every two games.
Ivorian forward’s impressive performances during his first spell with the Eagles allowed him to secure a move to Old Trafford with Man United. However, things did exactly to go plan.
The 26-year-old star has made only four appearances for the Red Devils before being sent on loan to Championship side Cardiff.
If Zaha’s word are anything to go by, it means Chelsea and Arsenal will have to look elshwere to strengthen their offensive end.
