Arsenal on alert: Real Madrid ready to listen to offers for 22-year-old forward

Real Madrid are reportedly prepared to sell Luka Jovic this summer transfer window.

The 22-year-old joined Los Blancos earlier last summer after an impressive spell at Eintracht Frankfurt, however, he has struggled to make his mark in the Spanish top-tier.

Serbia international forward has found back of the net just twice in 25 games for Zinedine Zidane’s side, while he has only played one minute of football since the 2019-20 season resumed last month.

The 22-year-old forward has a deal at Santiago Bernabeu until the summer of 2025, however, according to Marca, the Los Blancos are willing to listen to offers for him in the upcoming market.

The Gunners have previously been credited with an interest in the centre-forward, while Serie A giants AC Milan are also believed to be a huge fan of the former Red Star Belgrade starlet.

Jovic will not be available for the Los Blancos clash with Alaves on Friday, having allegedly been placed in self-isolation after he came into contact with a friend who tested positive for coronavirus.

Arsenal also eyeing a summer move for another Real Madrid star James Rodriguez who has been destined to depart from the Santiago Bernabeu ahead of the next season.

Sevilla considering a summer move for 25-year-old Arsenal star

La Liga giants Sevilla have reportedly approached Arsenal to discuss a possible summer move for Hector Bellerin.

Bellerin has played 201 games for the North London club since debuting in 2013.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are reportedly one of several teams planning to make an approach for Athletic Bilbao centre-back Unai Nunez.

Since the turn of the year, the 23-year-old defender has been tipped to secure a move to a bigger team, potentially during the next transfer window.

Although there is less talk regarding a possible move to Man City, it appears that several Premier League clubs remain keen on the Spaniard.
