North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have joined the likes of Southampton and Everton in showing an interest in RB Salzburg’s attacking midfielder Hannes Wolf, according to The Mirror reports.
The 19-year-old attacker is one of the most promising talents in Europe and shot to fame last campaign as part of the Salzburg team which made it to the semi-finals of the UEFA Europa League games.
The midfielder has started where he left off last campaign and he already has four goals and nine assists on his name and more to come.
The teenager has a contract with Salzburg until 2020 and it looks like he could be on his way out from Austrian club during the January transfer window following the strong interest from top European teams.
Meanwhile, Arsenal look set to miss out on the signing of Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski.
The Gunners have been linked with a move for the Polish international ahead of the January transfer window.
It was reported that the 24-year-old had been lined up by Unai Emery’s side as a potential replacement for Aaron Ramsey, whose future at the Emirates Stadium is uncertain as his contract continues to run down.
