La Liga giants Real Madrid forward Lucas Vazquez could reportedly yet stay at Santiago Bernabeu this summer despite rumours linking him with a switch to Chelsea and Arsenal.

The 28-year-old has struggled for regular first-team football during the 2019-20 season, starting just six games in the Spanish top-tier and contributing just three goals for Zinedine Zidane’s side.

The Blues have recently been credited with a strong interest in the Spaniard amid rumoured that Los Blancos have made him available for transfer ahead of the 2020-21 season.

Arsenal also keeping tabs on his signature since the last summer and could try and lure him at the Emirates Stadium when the transfer window will be re-opened.

The Spanish winger has also revealed that he would be open to making a move to the Premier League, however, according to Mundo Deportivo, the attacker could remain at Santiago Bernabeu this summer.

The report suggests that Los Blancos head-coach Zinedine Zidane is a huge fan of the club’s academy product, who has played over 200 games for his current team in all competitions.

Vazquez allegedly has ‘offers to depart from the club’ but would prefer to remain in the Spanish capital and fight for all possible trophies once again next season.
