AS Roma are looking to loan Patrik Schick in the upcoming transfer window and, after Danny Welbeck’s injury, Arsenal seem like a good option.
The Gunners are already considering whether to sign a replacement while Roma want to send their 22-year-old striker on loan.
Patrik Schick has only managed two starts so far this campaign, which certainly is not enough to get a goalscoring run going.
Even as the third choice under Unai Emery, the Englishman was still up to seven starts before his injury. This is one of the main reasons why Roma would see the north London club as the perfect place to send the Czech attacker.
And it was reported that Italian giants also want to use the Czech Republic international to soften Arsenal up so they can move for Aaron Ramsey, who will leave at the end this season.
Patrik Schick is yet to open his goalscoring account at club level this term (in just 273 minutes on the pitch). However, he netted for his country in both of the recent international breaks, so he has not lost his touch in front of the net.
