According to talkSPORT, Liverpool and Arsenal have been keeping tabs of the progression of Bissouma in recent months.
Transfer expert Alex Crook told the radio station: “Bissouma is a player [Mikel] Arteta is a big fan of. I know Arsenal are by no means the only big six club keeping tabs on him.
“Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is also monitoring his situation as he looks for a replacement for the out of contract Gini Wijnaldum.”
Bissouma has just over two-and-a-half years left on his current deal at Brighton and both Arsenal and Liverpool should splash money to lure him away from Amex Satdium.
It is believed that Brighton value their star player at £45m and won’t consider offers less than their price tag.
