However, according to Le 10 Sport, the two-time Premier League title winning midfielder has no intention of departing from Chelsea in the nearby future as he is still enjoying his time at Stamford Bridge where he has started all five Premier League games.
The midfielder has been one of the key players for Frank Lampard’s side this campaign after seemingly overcoming the muscular and hamstring problems that harmed him last season.
France international midfielder has a deal at Stamford Bridge until the June 2023.
Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Braut Haaland is reportedly determined to snub interest from Premier League giants in order to join Real Madrid next season.
The 20-year-old’s future is currently the subject of much speculation, with a number of top European teams believed to be determined to secure his services in the next summer’s transfer window.
Premier League giants, Man Utd and Chelsea are both believed to keen on to sign the Norway international, who was linked with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side back in January before ultimately departing from Red Bull Salzburg to join Dortmund.
