Serie A champions Juventus have reportedly identified Chelsea attacking pair Pedro and Willian as potential signings for the upcoming summer transfer window.
While each of the forward have enjoyed successful periods at Chelsea, their deal are due to expire at the end of the current campaign.
According to Calciomercato, that has resulted in Serie A giants sporting director Fabio Paratici travelling to the West London club to hold discussions with the Blues over the availability of Pedro and Willian.
Should neither of the winger pen a new deal before the end of 2019, defending Serie A champions will be in a position to reach pre-contract agreements with the pair.
Chelsea head-coach Frank Lampard is believed to be keen to keep Brazilian forward at the club, with the former Shakhtar star remaining as a first-team regular since the exit of Maurizio Sarri.
However, having fallen down the pecking order, former Barcelona forward is expected to be departing from Chelsea once the transfer window will be re-opened in January.
Meanwhile, AC Milan and Inter Milan are believed to keeping tabs on another Chelsea forward Olivier Giroud who has been keen on to play regular first-team football as he hopes to be a part of France national team at Euro 2020.
