Premier League giants Chelsea are reportedly prepared to spend around £150m on four new players this summer transfer window.
The Blues head-coach Frank Lampard cut a frustrated figure earlier last month when it became apparent that he would not be signing any new player to his first-team team for the second half of the season.
However, at a time when Chelsea have announced that Hakim Ziyech is due to sign for the club from Ajax, it is being reported that the Blues are planning a major overhaul.
According to The Telegraph, the Blues hope to make four high-profile additions before the transfer window shuts down, incomings which could potentially cost them around £150m.
While Hakim Ziyech meets Lampard’s desire when it comes to signing a new player who can add the creativity to his squad, the Englishman is also believed to be keen on a centre-back, left-back and centre-forward as both Michy Batshuayi and Olivier Giroud is expected to depart from Stamford Bridge after the end of the current campaign.
As it stands, Pedro, Willian and Olivier Giroud are all in line to depart from the Blues on a free transfer this summer.
