Chelsea and Arsenal are reportedly interested in securing the services of Barcelona stopper Neto this summer.
The Spanish giants are allegedly open to listen to offers for the 30-year-old keeper ahead of the 2020-21 season.
Neto has only moved to Camp Nou from La Liga rivals, Valencia last summer as a replacement for Jasper Cillesen who has made a switch to the opposite side.
However, a bid in the region of €20m (£18m) would allegedly be accepted by Barcelona who continues to be rumoured with a move for Ajax’s No.1 keeper Andre Onana.
According to Calciomercato, both Chelsea and Arsenal are closely keeping tabs surrounding the South American ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
The North London club could be in the market for a new goalkeeper to provide competition for their No.1 Bernd Leno, while Chelsea have had their problems in the goal department this season, with Kepa Arrizabalaga struggled to settle in the starting XI with Willi Caballero has played last five games in the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Chelsea and Arsenal are ready to rival Barcelona for Ajax goalkeeper Ander Onana who has been destined to depart from Amsterdam Arena ahead of the 2020/21 season.
