Chelsea will reportedly have to see off competition from a number of top European teams if they are to sign Torino’s Andrea Belotti in the summer.
The West London club have been tipped to move for the 32-cap Italy international in their search for a new forward.
Belotti, who has found back of the net 12 times and provided five assists in Serie A this season, is under contract with Torino until the end of next season.
However, Tuttosport suggests that, should Chelsea wish to bring in the 27-year-old to lead their attack, they will first have to persuade him to join.
It is reported that domestic rivals Tottenham and Man Utd are also looking at Belotti, while Inter Milan are one of a number of interested Italian teams.
Belotti has spent the past six years at the Stadio Olimpico, playing 220 games for Torino in all competitions.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are reportedly firmly interested in securing the services of Inter Milan forward Romelu Lukaku in the summer.
The 27-year-old has been in fine form for Inter Milan during the 2020-21 season, scoring 26 goals in 35 games in all competitions, while he has netted 60 times in 86 appearances for the Serie A giants since arriving from Man Utd back in 2019.
A recent report suggested that Antonio Conte’s team had placed a €120m (£102m) price tag on the Belgium international forward amid talks that Man City and Chelsea both keen on to sign him.
