Chelsea are reportedly planning to offer West Ham United the chance to secure services of Michy Batshuayi as part of player plus cash deal for Declan Rice.
Frank Lampard’s side are allegedly keen to bring Rice – a former youth-team player back at Stamford Bridge in the upcoming summer transfer window.
The Hammers are expected to fight hard to keep hold of the versatile English midfielder, however, according to The Athletic, the Blues could offer Belgian striker, Batshuayi as a makeweight.
The expected arrival of Timo Werner from German outfits RB Leipzig will seemingly push Batshuayi to depart from Stamford Bridge, leading to rumoured that he could be on his way out in the summer.
West Ham are one of a number of teams to be rumoured with securing the services of Belgium international forward, who has only found back of the net once in 16 Premier League games during 2019-20 season.
The 26-year-old has enjoyed successful loan spells at German giants Borussia Dortmund and Crystal Palace in recent campaigns, though, and has also managed to found back of the net 16 times in 29 games for his national team.
Manchester United thought to be also in the race to secure services of Declan Rice who has been identified as a replacement for Nemanja Matic.
