Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has reportedly reached an agreement with European champions Real Madrid over a move to La Liga in the summer.

Belgian superstar has made it clear that there is no chance to leave Chelsea in the mid-season and he will do his best to lead the team to success, however, refused to rue out departure from Samford Bridge in the summer.

Belgium international has frequently hinted at a desire to wear a famous white shirt, while his contract at Stamford Bridge expires in 2020.

Chelsea are believed to be willing to offer the Belgian a deal worth £300,000 a week in an attempt to convince him to remain at the West London club.

However, radio station Onda Madrid reports that Hazard has already agreed on personal terms with the Los Blancos and fro the next season he will try to impress fans at Santiago Bernabe.

Chelsea will not consider bids of any less than £150m for their star player, however, they may consider player-plus-cash exchange involving Mateo Kovacic – who is currently on a season-long loan spell at Stamford Bridge and it could help drive that price down, although Maurizio Sarri’s side are desperate to keep Eden Hazard.
