Chelsea are close to add Ecuadorian starlet Kendry Paez and the deal will soon be finalised according to the latest reports.
The 15-year-old wonderkid was being tracked by Real Madrid, Leverkusen and Man City.
The Independiente del Valle star is believed to be one of the best young prospects in South America and will be able to join the West London giants when he turns 18.
Paez is yet to make his debut for the Ecuadorian side, however, was integrated into the first-team squad ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.
He has impressed under Ecuador U-17 side, founding back of the net three times across five caps.
New reports now indicate that the Blues are close to reaching a verbal agreement with Independiente del Valle to bring Paez to London giants.
Earlier this month, The Sun reported that the Blues had a £14.8m bid turned down for Paez, meaning that he will likely cost more than £15m if the deal will be done soon.
The Blues have spent over £600m on new players since Todd Boehly finalise Chelsea takeover.
