Chelsea and Barcelona Could Agree £60m Deal For South American Forward

Barcelona have reportedly made a £60m offer for Chelsea Brazilian winger Willian.

Willian has found back of the net 13 times and provided 12 assists in 55 games for Chelsea last term, however, his future has been called into question over the last couple of months.

Man Utd have been heavily linked with a move for the 29-year-old winger over the last few months, and it has been reported that Red Devils head-coach Jose Mourinho is confident of signing the South American forward this summer.

However, according to the Daily Mail, having had an opening £50m bid turned down by Chelsea, La Liga giants Barcelona have now returned with an improved £60m offer for his signature as they attempt to bring the versatile attacker to Camp Nou ahead of Manchester United.

The Red Devils have been desperate to sign Willian since the last season and despite Barcelona’s offer they still fight to secure his services.

Antonio Conte has been sacked from his job at Chelsea and Maurizio Sarri is expected to take over his job this summer.

Official: Chelsea Announced Transfer of South American Wideman

Newcastle United have finalised the signing of Brazilian Wideman Kenedy on loan from Chelsea.

The 22-year-old Brazilian attacker also spent the second half of last season on loan at Rafa Benitez’s team and he will now return to St James Park for a full campaign.

The Brazilian star becomes Newcastle’s third new signing this summer, following the permanent signings of  Ki Sung-yueng and Martin Dubravka.

“I am so happy with this interest from Rafa Benitez, that he came back for me. I want to keep it going, the work that I did here before, for the new season,” Kenedy told the club’s official website.

“I have received many, many messages on social media from the fans. They made me feel appreciated, so I wanted to come here in this new season and give everything on the pitch.”

Manager Benitez added: “I’m really pleased to have Kenedy back with us. I’m sure every fan will be happy with this signing. Hopefully, he can keep playing at the same level that he reached with us last season. I wish him all the best for his time here.”

Kenedy has played 13 games for the Magpies last term, founding back of the net twice and winning the club’s Player of the Season award back in March.

Spanish Giants Ready to Sacrifice First-team Player to Sign N'Golo Kante

Barcelona are desperate to bring in France international and Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante as Andres Iniesta’s long-term replacement, according to reports.

The Blues are braced for transfer approaches for French midfielder this summer after the 26-year-old star showing at the World Cup.

France international star has been France’s stand-out player at Russia’s World-cup tournament and will bid to lead his country to World Cup glory on Sunday against Croatia national team.

The Blues are on the brink of appointing Maurizio Sarri as their new coach after they have confirmed the departure of Antonio Conte. However, Gianluca Di reported that the Blues fight with their hands to keep Kante.

La Liga giants Barcelona are also prepared to offer Portugal international midfielder Andre Gomes in part exchange for Kante. Gomes is surplus to requirements at the Catalan club since his transfer from Valencia.

Barcelona are on the hunt for a new midfield presence after losing their talisman Andres Iniesta to Japan and after the exit of Paulinho who has made a return to China.

The Blue will not want to lose Frenchman, who is seen as the single most important figure in their midfield. Sarri will battle to keep Kante and at Stamford Bridge alongside with Belgian superstar Eden Hazard who has been on the radar of Barcelona’s direct Premier League rivals Real Madrid.
