Liverpool and Chelsea eyeing a move for explosive 28-year-old forward

Ajax attacker Quincy Promes has emerged as a transfer target for Chelsea and Liverpool ahead of this summer’s transfer window.

The 28-year-old forward has joined the Eredivisie champions from La Liga outfits Sevilla last June and has been in stunning form during the 2019-20 season, founding back of the net 15 times in 24 games in all competitions.

According to Russian website, both Chelsea and Liverpool are currently tracking the pacy Dutch forward ahead of a potential move at the end of the current campaign.

The report, though, suggests that Dutch champions value the versatile forward in the region of €40m (£34.6m) and would not be prepared to listen to offers less that.

Netherland international forward who has been capped on 40 occasions by the national team, departed from Sevilla after one campaign last summer having struggled to settle at the Estadio Ramon.

The forward current deal in Amsterdam will run until the end of the 2023-24 season.

Meanwhile, Liverpool and Chelsea also eyeing a move for Real Madrid playmaker Isco as the both Premier League giants are keen on to strengthen their midfield are and add creativity to their squad.

Liverpool will face Norwich City this weekend, while Chelsea host Manchester United.

Deal Agreed: Chelsea on the verge to sign €45m-rated attacking midfielder

Chelsea have reportedly reached an agreement to secure the services of Ajax attacking midfielder, Hakim Ziyech from Ajax and Morocco international will join the Blues in the summer after the end of the 2019/20 season.

After failing to make any new addition during the winter transfer window Ziyech could be Lampard’s first signing at Stamford Bridge, the 26-year-old is reportedly top of his shortlist ahead of the summer.

And according to De Telegraaf, the West London club have a verbal agreement in place with the Dutch champions to lure Ziyech at Stamford Bridge at the end of the current campaign.

The report suggests that advanced negotiations have taken place yesterday and the Blues have agreed to pay a €45 million (£37.8m) for his signature.

It’s also reported that there is still the possibility for Ajax playmaker to change his mind as a deal has not been signed, however, only Blues so far have been negotiating with Dutch giants and they have not been interested in holding talks with other teams.

Ziyech has been a vital player at Ajax over the past two campaigns with founding back of the net 29 times and providing 45 assists in 78 games.

The creative playmaker helped Dutch giants to win the Eredivisie and the Dutch Cup last season and was instrumental in helping them to reach the impressive Champions League semi-final.

This campaign, Ziyech has already played against the Blues twice in the Champions League and provided three assists in the 4-4 draw at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea plotting £63m swoop for La Liga creative midfielder

Chelsea and Arsenal have reportedly been interested in a summer move for Real Madrid midfielder Isco.

In fact, both teams are believed to have made proposals for Spanish playmaker in recent month, though neither came up with a suitable enough offer to convince Real Madrid to sell him in January, according to Don Balon.

It would have been great from a neutral perspective to see Isco playing in the English top-flight at some point.

Don Balon reports, however, that Real Madrid wanted around £63million for Spaniard, and neither Arsenal or Chelsea would meet that price.

Arsenal could certainly use some help with someone like Isco in their midfield are after failing to get a help form on loan playmaker Dani Ceballos as he is not making much of an impact at the Emirates Stadium.

Chelsea, meanwhile, could also perhaps be a perfect place for Isco as the Blues are in need to add creativity to their midfield area as Willian and Pedro expected to depart from the club after the end of the season.
