Juventus and Chelsea eyeing move for €60m-rated Brazilian midfielder dubbed as the “next Yaya Toure”
Serie A champions Juventus have reportedly joined a list of teams including Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur interested in securing the services of Palmeiras youngster Gabriel Menino.
The 20-year-old’s attributes, including driving runs from midfield and box-to-box displays, have led him to earning comparisons with former Man City midfield powerhouse, Yaya Toure.
It is believed that the talented playmaker currently has a release clause of €60m (£51.2m), yet Mundo Deportivo claims that Palmeiras may be willing to accept a bid in the region of £13m to £17m following to their current financial situation.
The Palmeiras key man has already attracted interest from host of European teams including London sides Chelsea and Tottenham, while Spanish giants Atletico Madrid also in the mix.
Italian champions Juventus have now reportedly joined the race for the South American midfielder too, and will look to use players such as Cristiano Ronaldo to convince Menino to snub interest from the Spurs and the Blues to make a switch in Turin..
Menino is yet to make his first-team Brazil debut, however, has played seven games for Brazil’s Under-20s and has been tipped to have a bright future, move to any of this three European giants could help him to progress.

Emerson Palmieri has claimed that he has no plans to discuss his future at Chelsea until the end of the current campaign.
Despite being a regular with Italy national team, the 26-year-old defender has made just seven starts and six substitute appearances for the London giants across the all competitions this season.
However, despite having just 15 months left on his current deal, the left-back wants to focus on playing a part at Stamford Bridge during the rest of the season.
Speaking to RAI Sport, Palmieri said: “It’s still early to talk about the future. I am focused on the national team only. We’ll see what happens in June.
“Chelsea can go all the way in the Champions League and the FA Cup. We can win something this season.”
Palmieri has frequently been rumoured with a transfer back to hwith Inter Milan believed to be frrountrunners to secure his services, however, his former club AS Roma also planning to lure him away from Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea meanwhile also consider to extend contract of Brazilian defender Thiago Silva who has impressed since his arrival in the summer.

Inter Milan forward Romelu Lukaku reportedly wants to remain at the club as long as head-coach Antonio Conte will be in charge of the team.
