Chelsea have reportedly yet to decide whether they intend to make a move for Man United stopper Dean Henderson ahead of 2020/21 season.
The English keeper has enjoyed a stunning two-year loan spell with Sheffield United and the Blades stay hopeful of extending that contract for another year.
Frank Lampard’s side have been tipped to bring in Henderson on a permanent basis as they consider him as an ideal replacement to Kepa Arrizabalaga, however, The Express claims that the Blues boss is still unsure what to do.
It is believed that Lampard will wait until the summer before discussing a potential move for the 23-year-old keeper, although that will depend on whether the Blues can find a buyer for Kepa, who cost them £71m deal two years ago from Athletic Bilbao.
Henderson, yet to be capped by England at senior level, has two years to run on his current deal at Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, Manchester United continue the chase for Chelsea experienced forward Willian who is yet to extend his stay at Stamford Bridge.
Brazilian winger demands a three-year contract from Frank Lampard’s side, however, the Blues are ready to offer him only two and the parties yet to reach an agreement.
