By | June 10, 2015

Arsenal have been long term-admirers of Real Madrid superstar Sami Khedira but reports suggest that they have failed to lure him from Bernabeu to Emirates as German superstar has signed for Serie A Champions four year deal.

Khedira, 28, will move to the Italian champions on a free transfer when his Madrid contract expires at the end of June.

“Juventus Football Club has today completed the signing of Sami Khedira,” read a statement on their official website.

“The 28-year-old, who will officially join from Real Madrid on a free transfer on 1 July 2015, has agreed terms on a four-year contract which expires on 30 June 2019.”

Khedira joined Real from his hometown club Stuttgart in 2010 and has won the league, the Copa del Rey and the Champions League while in Spain.

But he played only 17 times this season after a series of injuries

However, Serie A giants are believed that he can replace their Chilean star who is linked with a move to Premiere League giants Arsenal.
