Crystal Palace keen on to sign 24-year-old Man Utd defender

Premier League outfits, Crystal Palace are reportedly interested in re-signing Man United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Although the right-back has played over 100 games for the 20-time English champions since arriving from the Eagles back in 2019, he has struggled for consistency and is believed to start the new campaign behind Diogo Dalot in the pecking order.

With playing time set to be at a premium, Wan-Bissaka has been rumoured with depart away from Old Trafford despite having two years left on his current deal that also has an option for an additional year.

According to Sky Sports News, Crystal Palace are interested in securing the services of their academy graduate, who played 46 games for the club before signing for Man United in 2019.

Although the London club are rumoured to be considering a move, Patrick Vieira refused to be drawn on the rumours.

The Crystal Palace head-coach told reporters: “Names are difficult to talk about. We already have a couple of good players down the right who are performing well.”

Wan-Bissaka would provide competition with the Eagle’s current right-backs Nathaniel Clyne – who started the campaign opener against the Gunnnes – and Joel Ward.
