Arsenal star Arthur Okonkwo could be on his way out from the club with Bundesliga outfits RB Leipzig monitoring his contract situation at Emirates stadium alongside with Scottish champions Celtic.
The Daily Record claims that the Gunners starlet is currently being held up in a contract stand-off with Arsenal and could leave the team at the end of the current campaign.
The 16-year-old has been reportedly offered a scholarship deal alongside a professional contract as soon as he turns 17,, however, the Gunners could face a battle to keep him at Emirates Stadium following strong interest from RB Leipzig and Celtic.
The player, who has trained with the Gunners first-team squad on several occasions this term, wants to remain at the club but could be forced to leave the Gunners following their contract policy.
Okonkwo is widely regarded as one of the brightest talents at the Gunners academy, and they are keen on to hold on him despite interest from Celtic and Leipzig.
The England U-17 international stands at an impressive 6ft 5in at the tender age of 16 and is now attracting the interest of clubs elsewhere.
