Deal On: AC Milan keen on to sign £36m Chelsea attacker

AC Milan keen on taking Hakim Ziyech on a season-long loan from Chelsea, as they have already opened talks.

The Morocco international forward has arrived at Ajax in 2020 for around £36m, however, has had a pretty underwhelming time under Frank Lampard and Thomas Tuchel since then.

Injuries have not helped, however, the 29-year-old made only 15 Premier League starts in his first year at Stamford Bridge and 14 over the last season, founding back of the net six times for the Blues.

It has not been the return that the west London giants was hoping for and they are open to letting him depart this summer if a deal can be reached.

Italian publication TuttoMercatoWeb claims that talks have begun between Chelsae and AC Milan over a loan for the upcoming campaign and the player is very keen to make the move.

The issues will be over Ziyech’s salary at Stamford Bridge, which is believed to be around £ 5m a year, while a loan fee and any option or obligation to buy must be agreed between the teams.

AC Milan are very unlikely to pay the Moroccan what the Blues pay him, so the Premier League team would either have to pay some of his wages or the player agrees to a pay cut.
