El Chadaille Bitshiabu joined the Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain’s youth sector from Boulogne-Billancourt five years ago. His emergence over the seasons has caught the attention of sides across Europe, including Arsenal.
Les Parisiens manager Mauricio Pochettino allowed the prodigy to train with the first team and included him in the roster for the Champions League match against Club Brugge last year.
However, the 16-year-old had to wait until April to make his senior team debut, when the defender came off the bench in the team’s 3-0 win against Angers. El Chadaille has now ended up in the sights of the Gunners.
Red Bull Salzburg and Bayern Munich are keeping tabs on the France youth international. Telefoot’s Julien Maynard took to Twitter last weekend to report these two outfits are joined by the Londoners.
He claims Mikel Arteta’s side would like to sign the centre-half in the summer. To do that, they’re offering a long-term project to Bitshiabu.
The player’s contract with the capital club lasts until June 2024. In spite of interest shown by Arsenal and others, Maynard says Paris Saint-Germain are closing the door, likely on the ace’s potential exit in the next market.
