Liverpool have announced that promising right-back Conor Bradley has joined Bolton Wanderers on season-long loan deal.
The 18-year-old defender largely featured at youth level for the Merseyside Reds back in 2021-22, however, he made the step-up to senior football under Klopp and played five games under his management.
Bradley was in the starting XI twice in the EFL Cup and played the full 90 minutes against Shrewsbury Town in the FA Cup third round – providing an assist – and he made his Champions League debut off the bench against Serie A giants, AC Milan,
The talented defender will now aim to enjoy more first-team action during loan deal with League One outfits Bolton after also playing a starring role in the most recent Premier League 2 season.
Bradley played 21 games for the U-23s in league action, founding back of the net three times and provided eight assists, and he was nominated for the tournament’s Player of the Season.
An eight-cap Northern Ireland international, Bradley played three games for his country in June’s UEFA Nations League fixtures and also turned out in World Cup 2022 Qualifying for Ian Baraclough’s side.
Bradley would have been facing competition from Trent Alexander-Arnold and Calvin Ramsay and it was a wise decision to let him leave club on loan to gain first-team action somewhere else.
