German giants Borussia Dortmund are reportedly keeping a close tabs on former Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino and the news have come as a huge blow for Arsenal who considers him as a replacement for Unai Emery who has departed from the club earlier last month.

The Argentine, who spent five and a half years with the Spurs, was relieved from his duties earlier last month.

Pochettino recently confirmed that he was keen on an immediate return to management and hosts of rumours have linked him with a return to the Premier League as Everton and Arsenal are ready to offer him a caching role, while German champions Bayern Munich also eyeing move for his services.

According to The Telegraph, Dortmund have joined the crowded race for the 47-year-old manager who has made the Spurs one of the contenders in the Premier League and lead them to the Champions League finals last campaign.

Manager Lucien Favre has been under considerable pressure this campaign, despite Signal Iduna Park side qualifying for the Champions League knockout phases.

Real Madrid, Man Utd, Bayern Munich are among the teams credited with showing an interest in the Argentine manager.
