Euro Giants Ruled out €200m’rated Star’s Move to Chelsea

June 14, 2018

Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has revealed that Polish superstar Robert Lewandowski won’t leave the Allianz Stadium for any price in the upcoming summer transfer window and will stay with the German champions despite recent claims that Bavarians have set a €200m (£176m) price tag for his signature.

Lewandowski is believed to be keen on to make a move to Real Madrid, while super agent Pini Zahavi has also offered his client to Manchester United and Chelsea.

However, speaking on behalf of the Bavarians, Hoeness claims that no deal will be done between the two parties.

“The €200m price tag is nonsense!” he told Sky Deutschland.

“Robert will not be sold and plays next season with us, everything has been said.”

Polish international forward who will turn 30 in August, remains contracted to German champions until the summer of 2021 after signing a long-term contract with the club back in 2016.

Meanwhile, Chelsea still in the market for a world-class no.9 to replace Alvaro Morata and another big name forward Edinson Cavani has been tipped to join the Blues in the summer.
