Inter Milan are reportedly interested in securing the services to sign Chelsea defender Emerson Palmieri this summer.
The 26-year-old has only played 11 games for the West London giants during the 2020-21 season, while he has not featured under Thomas Tuchel in the Champions League or Premier League since the arrival of the former PSG head-coach.
Emerson was involved in the FA Cup game against Barnsley in February, however, is behind both Ben Chilwell and Ben Chilwell in the pecking order for the left-back spot.
The Italy international was rumoured with a return to the Italian top-tier last summer, and according to Calciomercato, Inter Milan head-coach, Antonio Conte wants to bring him to San Siro ahead of next campaign.
Emerson’s current contract at Stamford Bridge is set to expire next June, meaning that he could be available for a cut-price fee in the upcoming market.
The 26-year-old defender has previously played in Serie A for both AS Roma and Palermo.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are considering to strengthen their offensive end for the next season and keeping close tabs on Dortmund centre-forward Halland, while Man City legend Sergio Aguero has also appeared on the Blues shortlist recently.
