Newly promoted Premier League team, Leeds United are reportedly planning to make a £15m bid for Liverpool forward Harry Wilson.

The 23-year-old attacker spent the 2019-20 season on loan at Bournemouth, founding back of the net seven times in 31 Premier League games for the Cherries, who have been relegated to the Championship.

As it stands, Wilson will start next campaign at Anfield, however, according to The Sun, Leeds United are eyeing a move for the Wales international as they prepare to make a return to the English top-tier.

The report suggests that the Whites value the 23-year-old forward in the region of £15m, however, are likely to face competition from both Newcastle United and Aston Villa.

Wilson, who largely operates as a right-sided winger, has only ever made one first-team appearance for the Merseyside Reds, spending time on loan with Crewe Alexandra, Derby County, Hull City and Bournemouth.

The Welshman’s current deal at Anfield is set to run until the summer of 2023.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are reportedly closing in on a deal for highly-rated La Liga defender Aissa Mandi.

The 28-year-old played a vital role in the heart of the Real Betis defence during the 2019-20 season, playing 30 games across all competitions for the Spanish outfits.

However, Mandi’s current contract with Real Betis is set to end at the end of next campaign, and the defender is supposedly seeking pastures new ahead of the 2020-21 season.

According to beIN SPORTS, the Merseyside Reds have had a bid of £9m for Mandi accepted by Betis, and the Algeria international is believed to join up with the defending Premier League champions.
