Leicester City are reportedly interested in securing the services of Liverpool midfield star Naby Keita in the summer.
The 26-year-old midfielder has struggled for regular first-team football this season, being limited to just 15 games following to injury and falling down the pecking order in the Merseyside Reds midfield.
Jurgen Klopp side’s third-most expensive signing of all time joined from RB Leipzig back in July 2018, however, has managed to found back of the net only seven times in 75 games and has failed to be involved in a goal in his last 15 appearences.
Football Insider claims that Brendan Rodgers is a huge fan of Naby Keita and is looking to sign him for Leicester when the transfer window will be re-opened in a cut-price deal.
Despite signing the Guinea international for £54m less than three years ago, the Merseyside Reds are believed to value him now at closer to £30m.
During his time so far at Anfield, Keita has won the Champions League, Premier League, Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup.
Xherdan Sahaqiri is another Liverpool midfielder who has been rumoured with a departure from Anfield following his limited time in the starting XI since the arrival of Diego Jota.
