Liverpool in pole position to sign World-Class No.10 forward

Liverpool have been mentioned with what would be a blockbuster move for Juventus forward Paulo Dybala earlier and may look to revive their interest in the wake of recent transfer developments.

The 28-year-old star is out of contract this summer and was expected to renew terms to stay at the Allianz Stadium beyond this campaign.

However, the Argentine star could be set to end a seven-year rapport with the Old Lady and move onto pastures new, that is according to journalist Cesar Luis Merlo.

The South American is believed to be on the radar on Merseyside, as well as at Tottenham and Manchester United.

It is no surprise that Jurgen Klopp’s side are watching this situation. They are in need of fresh faces and Paulo’s astonishing track record makes the South American a leading candidate to strengthen the attacking ranks.

This season Paulo has netted nine times and provided four assists in 20 outings across all competitions.

Elsewhere, Liverpool are plotting another eye-catching move for Real Madrid’s Toni Kroos and are ready to hand the veteran midfielder a three-year deal, according to the latest reports in Spain.

The 32-year-old’s current contract at the Bernabeu expires in June 2023 and Los Blancos president Florentino Perez has no plans to offer his player a contract extension.
